Madonna di Campiglio has always been a favourite destination for ski enthusiasts, thanks to the vast ski area connecting Pinzolo, Campiglio, and Val di Sole with over 150 km of slopes, all accessible on skis. The area is constantly evolving, season after season, offering guests increasingly modern, efficient and safe services.
For the 2025/2026 winter, there’s something new that will make your experience on the slopes even more special – the new Nube d'Argento gondola in Madonna di Campiglio, the new Brenzi chairlift in Folgarida-Marilleva, and the new Fossadei slope in Pinzolo.
The new Nube d'Argento gondola lift
The heart of the Madonna di Campiglio renovation is the replacement of the historic Nube d'Argento two-seater chairlift, in operation for over 40 years. In its place, there will be a modern 10-seater monocable gondola lift, designed by Doppelmayr. The gondola will have:
- an hourly capacity of 2,400 people
- an 875-meter cableway
- greater comfort and faster ascents.
The lift will depart from the Campo Carlo Magno plateau and arrive at Montagnoli, within the Spinale ski area: an upgrade that will make access to the slopes easier, and your day even more enjoyable.
A constantly evolving ski area
The modernization of the Madonna di Campiglio Ski Area began in 2011, with the connection to Pinzolo, and continues today with new lifts and cutting-edge snowmaking systems. These results confirm Campiglio's role as a prime destination for ski tourism in the Alps.
