We want you to enjoy all the traditional flavours of our territory
while respecting the natural environment, even in the kitchen. We choose “zero
kilometre” products as much as possible, local ingredients from Val Rendena
and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, accompanied by wines from Trentino Alto
Adige.
Canederli with speck, goulasch with polenta, venison and apple strudel are just some
of the typical Trentino dishes that you will taste, together with cheeses from local
social dairies, alongside fresh seasonal ingredients.
We are attentive to the needs of families with children and cater to vegetarians,
coeliacs, and those with food intolerances / allergies.
Breakfast in Alpina style!
Let's start the day with a smile! At our breakfast buffet you will find all the right ingredients for a day of downhill skiing and long walks. We have option for all tastes, sweet and savoury, with various types of fresh bread, brioches, local cheeses and cold cuts, homemade desserts by our Chef, as well as coffee, milk, tea and juices. We also like to offer some local specialties, like yogurt, butter and jams, as well as organic apple juice from our Trentino mountains.
Packed Lunch for excursions
We provide everything you need for your outdoor holiday! For treks and excursions, we offer a packed lunch service, according to the tastes and needs of our guests. In winter, we offer bed and breakfast and half board. In summer, you can take advantage of the full board service at the hotel.
