in family

R. Yes, of course. We have camping cots for babies, cot sides for older children, and high chairs in the restaurant. Please, let us know your needs when you book.

R. Our kitchen is organized for the needs of younger children. If you need special meals (such as specific baby food, rice cereal, baby pasta, etc.) just deliver it to the kitchen and we’ll take care of it.

R. No problem, after 7 pm, by giving advance notice, it is possible to feed your child.

R. Sure, we have a room specially equipped for young children. However, we do not offer babysitting service.

R. Of course, for children there are always simpler dishes, suitable for them.

R. We have large rooms, suitable for families and groups of four/five people. You’ll find them as ‘Family Rooms’ on our website.

At the restaurant

R. Sure, no problem. Just inform us of the type of intolerance or allergy you have. Whenever possible, we try to adapt our menu to the needs of people with intolerances and/or allergies. Alternatively, we’ll be happy to make special dishes.

R. Of course! We offer a rich buffet of raw and cooked vegetables, and hot side dishes. In our daily menu we try to include vegetarian dishes. However, we do not have a specific vegetarian and/or vegan menu.

R. No problem, in summer you can just let us know in the morning. In winter, full board is offered in agreement with the restaurant Pizzeria Le Roi.

Free time

R. No. The provincial law 13 of 22.12.2004, banned smoking in all public areas: reception, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, etc. In addition smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

R. No, you can reach them on foot.

R. Yes, you can borrow our mountain bikes for free. The hotel provides a free storage room for mountain bikes and a small mechanic workshop.

R. We offer a sauna, jacuzzi and gym free of charge. The sunbed is extra (10.00 euros per person for a time of 45 minutes (maximum 4 people).

R. We have heated ski storage and a drying rack for boots.

R. No, we do not offer entertainment services.

R. Sorry but we do not accept pets, even if small.

Location

R. Yes, the hotel is centrally located but it is also in a quiet position. We are located in front of the 3-three slope and just uphill from Piazza Brenta Alta. The centre is 150 meters away. We have a peaceful garden for the summer, not overlooking the main road.

R. We are located right in front of the 3-Tre slope, 50 meters from the Miramonti chairlift and 150 meters from the Pradalago cable car who takes you to the Grostè area and the Folgarida / Marilleva slopes.

Booking

R. As a confirmation deposit we require the cost of the first night with a minimum of € 100.00 for each adult and € 50.00 for each child. For the end of the year the required fee is equal to a minimum of € 200.00 per person.

The sum can be sent by bank transfer or by credit card via the link that we send by email, once the booking has been made. R. Normally the rooms are delivered by 15.00. Obviously, if ready beforehand, the rooms are delivered as soon as they are available.

R. Check in is always possible. If you are arriving late in the night, please, let us know in advance. You will be greeted with a smile at any time. The reception is open 24 hours.

R. The room must be vacated before 10 AM. You can leave your luggage in the storage room and get changed in the hotel if you need.

R. The hotel has 5 floors. In the basement there are the wellness areas, a children’s play room, and a dining room where you can play cards, as well as the ski and boot room and storage area for mountain biking. On the ground floor you’ll find the lobby, restaurant and bar. The other three floors are dedicated to guest rooms. We also have rooms in the attic.

R. We have rooms equipped to accommodate disabled people.

R. According to our general booking conditions, the deposit is returned in full if the booking is canceled within 21 days of arrival (or according to the particular cancellation policy of the booked period), from the 20th day of arrival until the day of arrival it is not no return is expected.
