What to do in Madonna di Campiglio from Après-Ski until late at night
A paradise for families, an Eldorado for sports lovers, an idyllic place for a full immersion in nature: Madonna di Campiglio is all this, but not only. When the sun sets behind the peaks of Brenta, the pearl of the Dolomites lights up with new life and lights. In fact, there are many opportunities for recreation and entertainment that the town offers in the evening and at night to its guests and inhabitants. Here we present a few of them.
Après-ski: where to enjoy an aperitif after skiing
For many skiers, Après-ski is an essential ritual. At the end of an intense day on the slopes, there is nothing better than sitting around a table with friends with a glass of beer or a good mulled wine. In Madonna di Campiglio there are several bars that offer this kind of atmosphere. Such as the Bar Pub Dolomiti, which offers catering and quick meals in a typical Alpine style environment. In the southern area of Madonna di Campiglio, there is instead the Ober 1, with a splendid terrace directly overlooking the slopes. The venue often hosts evenings with entertainment and DJ sets. Near the Grostè cable car, you will find the HUB Ski Bar. Throughout the year it offers fast food, happy hour, and live music.
Dinner with music
After the aperitif, of course, dinner time arrives. The venues we presented above also offer catering services. But if you are looking for something more special, perhaps to dine pampered by background music, we have a couple of tips for you. The first is Home Stube, which reproduces the environment of a typical Alpine home in its spaces. From deer burgers to baked rooster, from craft beers to local wines, Home Stube offers a strictly zero-kilometer menu. Our second recommendation is the Cantina del Suisse. Located right in the center of Madonna di Campiglio, Cantina del Suisse offers typical Trentino cuisine with a wide choice of wines and cocktails.
Nightclub and disco pub: the night is young
There is no shortage of opportunities for those who want to stay up late. Piano 54, for example, is considered the salon of the Dolomites. It is located in the center of Madonna di Campiglio, inside a structure made of wood, glass, and granite. On weekends, the venue transforms into a piano bar with entertainment entrusted to personalities such as Jerry Calà, Umberto Smaila, and Stefano Signoroni.
Dining at high altitude
If what you want, however, is to breathe the authentic mountain atmosphere, there are a couple of ideas you can consider. The first is Malga Ritorto, in the Patascoss locality. The malga is open during the beautiful season and is one of the best places to photograph the sunrises and sunsets of the Dolomiti di Brenta. It offers traditional dishes prepared with local raw materials. Alternatively, there is the Malga Montagnoli restaurant, located in the locality of the same name. Here too, the environment is warm and welcoming and the cuisine is typical of these areas. In winter, then, when the malga becomes inaccessible to cars, the restaurant offers a convenient transfer service on an authentic snowcat.
What do you say? Are you ready to enjoy Madonna di Campiglio by night?
