Madonna di Campiglio skiing: slopes, lifts and ski pass

Cristina & Fausto

Tre-tre, Amazzonia, Direttissima dello Spinale, Canalone Schumacher, Tulot, are some of the names of the most famous slopes of the ski resort of Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. Under the name of “Ski area Campiglio Brenta-Dolomites-Val di Sole-Val Rendena” it offers skiers 150 km of ski slopes with skies on.

The Madonna di Campiglio ski slopes in numbers

The numbers of the Skiarea:

100 slopes of which18 black, 37 red and 45 blue

4 Snowparks

61 ski lifts and cableway

95% of the slopes covered with artificial snow

Altitude of Ski area ranging from 850 to 2500 meters above sea level.

The Hotel Alpina awaits you right here … on the slopes!

And at the heart of everything you find Hotel Alpina, opposite the 3Tre slope and a 150 meters walk to the Pradalago cableway. We offer our guests the opportunity to go skiing without using the car or the ski bus. It’s practically a “skis on your feet” hotel!

Our favourite: the slopes, cableways, skilifts and huts

In addition to the cableways nearest to the hotel we recommend you try the famous Grostè Cableway and Spinale Cableway from which exciting slopes descend. If you simply want to make “your first steps” on skis, the itineraries most suitable for beginners, in our opinion, are the “blù di Pradalago” and the soft slopes of Grostè.

Our favourite slopes? We like the Amazon, Tre-tre and Direttissima dello Spinale. For lunch or for a mulled wine between skiing, we recommend a break at one of these shelters: Rifugio Graffer, Rifugio Viviani, Chalet Fiat and Montagnoli Rifugio. In the last two shelters and at the Patascoss you can even stop for dinner.

Just ask at the reception for any information and advice, and we will be happy to help.

Ski pass included during the Free Ski Week

During some winter weeks we offer a ski pass included for skiing without worrying about the price throughout the Skiarea. See our Special offer Ski Week in Madonna di Campiglio.

Learn to ski with the Ski School Des Alpes

Ski slopes for everyone and for all levels offer guests the opportunity to ski safely and have fun. But if you want to get close to skiing more safely or you need to hone your technique, we suggest you take a few lessons with one of the many ski instructors that the location offers.

For decades, we collaborate with the National Ski School – Des Alpes, one of the oldest schools of Madonna di Campiglio which offers ski lessons for all levels: from children, to the absolute beginner to the expert skier, who wants to experience the thrill of freeride or brave descents on the black slopes of our Skiarea.

When’s the snow coming? Snow report and ski resort opening

Starting in November, usually around the 20th of the month, nature begins to give us the first snowfalls and Madonna di Campiglio starts to dress her winter dress, ready to welcome guests for the Christmas holidays and the New Year. To be updated in real time on the snow status and open ski resorts we suggest you see the snow report of the slopes on the site of www.funiviecampiglio.it and even the weather report that you will also find here.
