What’s new in 2020 on the slopes of Madonna di Campiglio
2020 is going to bring forward many innovations on the slopes of Madonna di Campiglio – the Skiarea has been improved, with the complete replacement of a chairlift, and there have been many other interventions to improve the slopes and their performance.
The new Nube d’Oro chairlift
The historic Nube d’Oro lift, dating back to 1977, is now a 6-seater chairlift, with an hourly capacity of up to 2,800 people, and a curved track. It combines safety and modern design with comfortable heated seats.
The slope now starts 300 meters downhill, near the Nube d’Argento track, while the finish line remains in the same place.

Interventions on other ski slopes in Madonna di Campiglio
Upgrading and enlargement of the Nube d’Argento and Nube d’Argento-Gendarme slope: these two trails are now wider and supplied by completely new snow-making systems.
New Montagnoli slope: behind Malga Montagnoli there is a new stretch of trail, 300 meters long, descending 40 meters with an average gradient of 13%.
Amazzonia Alta slope: the Amazzonia Alta slope has been enlarged and upgraded up until Busa dei Mughi, which is also supplied by a new snow-making system.
Vagliana slope: this trail has also been upgraded with a new snow-making system.
