We cook with “zero-kilometer” products
Attention to nature guides many of our choices, even in the kitchen. We prefer local ingredients, such as the food and wine products of Val Rendena, starting with Spressa delle Giudicarie DOP, garlic salami, speck, pancetta, and mountain honey.
Among our “zero-kilometer” proposals you will find the cheese platter from Malga Ritort, as well as typical ingredients from the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, such as yogurt, Trentino apples, Bleggio walnuts, spirits, and the ancient “Ciuìga”, a sausage made with pork and turnips.

We are in the heart of Trentino and we certainly cannot forget it! Alongside international cuisine proposals, we like to introduce you to the local tradition. The typical recipes of our grandparents have been handed down for centuries from father to son and arrive on your table while you are on holiday.
For example? We prepare strangolapreti, speck canederli, game with polenta, and for dessert the classic apple strudel, of course.
Each menu will be paired with a choice of Trentino Alto Adige wines, which have always been present on the Hotel Alpina wine list. We recommend tasting native grape varieties such as Nosiola, Teroldego, or Marzemino, typical whites and reds of the Trentino lands.
