How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?
The hotel is 50 meters from the Miramonti Chairlift and 150 meters from the Pradalago Gondola (which provides access to the Grostè Cable Car). All these lifts are easily reachable on foot. The return slopes are also very close by.

What time must the rooms be vacated on the day of departure?
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We provide free luggage storage as well as a room where you can change before departing if you have stayed behind to ski or go for a hike.

What time are the rooms handed over upon arrival?
As a rule, rooms are available by 3:00 PM. Naturally, if they are ready earlier, they will be handed over as soon as they become available.

We have a baby of a few months, are you equipped?
Of course, we provide camping-style cots, bed rails for older children, and high chairs for meals. However, it is advisable to notify us of these needs during the room booking phase.

Do you have rooms equipped for disabled guests?
We have a room equipped to accommodate disabled guests as well.

Do you have a ski and boot storage?
We feature a heated ski deposit with electric boot heaters.

Is it a problem if our child eats before us?
No problem, after 7:00 PM, with prior notice, it is possible for your child to eat.

What should I do if I arrive late in the evening or at night?
Check-in is always possible. We only ask guests arriving at the hotel at night to inform us in advance; you will be welcomed with a smile at any hour. We offer our guests a night porter service. The reception is open 24 hours a day, also for returning after cheerful evenings in Madonna di Campiglio.

Do you have a wellness center?
The hotel features a sauna, whirlpool, and gym. The sauna and whirlpool are part of a private SPA, the cost for their use is €10.00 per person for a duration of 45 minutes (maximum 4 people), while the gym is free of charge.

Do you provide entertainment services?
No, we do not offer an entertainment service.

Do you have simple menus suitable for children?
Of course, for children there are always simpler dishes, suitable for them.

I have food allergies, is it possible to change the menu according to my needs?
Of course, without any problem. The important thing is to clearly report the type of intolerance. Wherever possible, we try to adapt the menu to dietary needs related to intolerances and/or allergies or, alternatively, we prepare specific dishes.

My baby still eats baby food, what can I do about meals?
Our kitchen is also organized for the needs of the youngest children. If specific products are required (for example baby food, rice creams, special small pasta, etc.), these must be provided by the guests.

Do you have a space for children in the hotel?
Of course, we have a small room specially equipped for young children. However, we do not offer a baby-sitting or supervision service.

Can I smoke in the hotel?
Provincial Law No. 13 of 22.12.2004, later incorporated into a similar national law, strictly prohibits smoking in all public areas: reception, lounges, restaurant, bar, etc. Furthermore, in our hotel we have chosen to also ban smoking inside the rooms to allow our guests to enjoy a healthier and odor-free environment.

Is the hotel centrally located?
Yes, the hotel is located in a central yet quiet position. We are situated directly opposite the 3-tre ski slope and just above Piazza Brenta Alta. The pedestrian center is 150 meters away. We feature a peaceful garden for the summer and do not overlook the main roads.

Yes, we accept pets at our property.

Do I need to take the car to reach the trails?
No, you can easily reach the main trails on foot.

We are a family of four, what solution do you offer?
We have large family rooms, suitable for groups of four people. On the website they are described as family rooms

I am a vegetarian, is it possible to have a choice of vegetables?
Of course, we offer a rich buffet of raw and cooked vegetables along with hot side dishes. Within the daily menu options, we also strive to accommodate this dietary requirement. However, we do not feature a specifically vegetarian and/or vegan menu.

How many floors does the building have? Is there an elevator?
The hotel is spread over 5 floors. The wellness areas, a children's playroom, and the "stube" for playing cards or conversing are located in the basement. The ski and boot storage and the mountain bike storage are also there. On the ground floor, you will find the lobby, the restaurant, and the bar. Three more floors are dedicated to guest rooms. We do not have attic rooms.
