New Year’s Eve dinners and mountain hut parties
On the evening of December 31st, all the hotels and restaurants in the area prepare sumptuous dinners, with large buffets, bubbles and live music. There’s lots to choose from, including seafood dinners and typical mountain menus – you will certainly find the type of cuisine that’s right for you.

If you wish to spend New Year’s Eve in a mountain hut, try taking a look at the chalets that organize exclusive events and dinners. In this case, you can travel up and down with a snow cat, and enjoy dinner and musical entertainment high up in the mountains. Definitely a unique way to celebrate!

After dinner, the party will continue in Piazza Sissi, with DJ sets and famous guests taking turns on the stage to toast the New Year. From 10.30 pm onwards, the centre of town will begin to come alive, waiting for the countdown.
3, 2, 1… 2023!
And now, the best will come. After midnight on the busiest night of the year, pubs and discos will start to fill with young people, partying until dawn. Some of the best Madonna di Campiglio clubs are Des Alpes, Home Stube, Ober 1 and Cantina del Suisse.

The torchlight parade at the beginning of the year
January 1st, 2023, 6.15 pm – you have had the whole day to recover from the previous night’s revelries. Now, the spectacular New Year’s torchlight parade is waiting for you – you can see it from the windows of Hotel Alpina overlooking the spectacular Tre3 slope. Over three hundred skiers, including ski instructors and students, will descend with their torches lit along the slope of Canalone Miramonti. A spectacular event, that the Habsburg Court in costume will also join, to give a preview of their greetings. The Habsburg Carnival will start shortly thereafter, at the beginning of February.
