3Tre, the World Cup slalom in Madonna di Campiglio
For over half a century, the 3Tre has been a permanent fixture of the skiing season in Madonna di Campiglio. Every winter, between December and January, the 'white circus' makes a stop in Val Rendena for the men's slalom valid for the alpine skiing World Cup. Since the very first edition, the stage for the event has been the spectacular Canalone Miramonti, the technical track that finishes just a short distance from our hotel.
The date chosen by the organizing committee for this year's edition of the 3Tre is Wednesday, January 7, 2026. On that day, champions from all over the world will return to compete on the snow of Val Rendena in an exciting nighttime double run.
How the 3Tre will take place
The Madonna di Campiglio stage remains one of the most anticipated stops of the skiing World Cup. The technical characteristics of the Canalone Miramonti, a 610-meter-long track with a vertical drop of 180 meters, an average gradient of 27%, and a maximum of 60%, guarantees excitement and spectacle.
In recent weeks, during the International Ski Federation inspection, the 3Tre Committee shared the plan prepared to guarantee that the slalom takes place in complete safety with Markus Waldner, Chief Race Officer of the Men's World Cup, and Emmanuel Couder, Men's World Cup Coordinator.
The race times on the Canalone Miramonti have been confirmed, taking place at 17:45 (first run) and 20:45 (second run).
